Above: The original bathroom (which can be seen on Facebook) had matching brown toilet, brown tub/shower, and brown, one piece cultured marble vanity top. The floor was a patterned, brown linoleum. Everything was functional; however, the customers wanted an updated look.
Right: The stand alone soaker tub replaced a built in garden tub with tile surround. The tile floor was replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring with a wood look (which can be seen on Facebook).
Bottom: It all started with a spongy floor around the toilet! The sub-floor came up with bare hands becuase it was so saturated. The floor joists had to be reinforced and it was all treated for mold and mildew. In the end it looked great!
